Step-by-Step Instructions
Remove the side muscle from each scallop gently.
Rinse each scallop carefully and pat dry completely.
In a sturdy saucepan, mix all sauce ingredients and heat gently till warmed.
Pour olive oil into a heavy pan and heat it up.
Sear the scallops in the pan, cooking each side until they hit an internal temperature of 130°F and appear milky white or opaque and firm.
Plate immediately and drizzle with the warm sauce.
