Ingredients list
- 2 cups chocolate milk I used FairLife
- 3 tablespoons chocolate malt powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1/4 cup chopped malted milk balls such as Whoppers, optional
Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl or a large liquid measuring cup, combine the chocolate milk, chocolate malt powder, and pudding mix. Whisk thoroughly to dissolve everything.
- Pour the combined mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container without exceeding the max fill line. Close the lid and place it on a stable surface in the freezer for a minimum of 24 hours.
- Take the pint out of the freezer and remove its lid. Insert the container into the Ninja Creami's outer bowl, secure it, and lock into the machine.
- Push the Lite Ice Cream button, allowing the cycle to run until completion.
- Once done, take the pint out and assess the ice cream's texture. If it's too crumbly, reposition it in the machine, hit Re-spin, and inspect again. Add a splash of chocolate milk if needed and Re-spin once more.
- If desired, create a small pocket in the ice cream, insert chopped malted milk balls, return the pint, and use the Mix-in button to blend. Alternatively, serve topped with chopped candy pieces.
