Step-by-Step Instructions
 

  • Warm up a large frying pan or griddle over medium heat. Lay a tortilla flat in the pan, and let it cook briefly for 1 minute before flipping over. Sprinkle a generous handful, about a quarter cup, of cheese atop the tortilla, layering with olives, avocado slices, and a dash of hot pepper sauce.
