Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet or shape it in a loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread the remaining glaze on top. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
Notes
Consider adding finely chopped bell peppers or mushrooms into the meat mixture for added flavor and nutrition.
