  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Step-by-Step Instructions
 

  • In a pan, melt butter on medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes. Add minced garlic and optional garlic powder for an extra kick. Whisk in Parmesan cheese off-heat to maintain a smooth sauce.
  • Melt butter in a pan, cook shrimp until halfway done. Squeeze lemon juice over, add garlic, then cook until shrimp is done. Toss in green onions.
  • In another pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms. Add lemon juice if desired. Once mushrooms are tender, remove from heat.
  • Blend the Alfredo sauce, shrimp, and mushrooms together, pouring over your choice of pasta, such as fettuccine or linguini. Garnish with parsley and a sprinkle of fresh lemon juice.
